He is an experienced fractional COO, business operating system implementer, consultant, and coach who helps businesses fill gaps in leadership.
Since January 2023 when he founded Delk Consulting, David has entered into engagements with eleven organizations whose combined annual revenues approach $250,000,000. The two where he is serving as a fractional COO have both experienced rapid turnarounds in net income.
David has also launched Successor Coach to help raise the likelihood that internal small business ownership transitions go well for all involved.
