It’s never about the room.
It’s about who’s in the room.
Our Senior Executive Roundtable has been proven to help business leaders be surprisingly more effective in every area of life.
Would you like a group of seasoned entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior executives who could meet with you for a half-day each month to serve as your board of advisors?
Here’s your chance.
Senior Executive Roundtable
Each month you’ll focus on the most important issues facing you and your business. Using a proven methodology, David Delk and Alex Reynolds will facilitate the group so that you can get the input and wisdom you need to succeed. In addition, each participant will receive a one-hour coaching session with David Delk during the month.
Guests are welcome at the meetings by invitation. We meet the second Thursday morning of the month from 7:15 am to 11:15 am.

-
To help senior executives be even more effective business leaders and to more consistently apply sound principles to every area of their work and life.

Any senior executive can apply with signoff from their corporate superior, if any. They must control their schedule (be able to attend at least 9 of the 12 meetings per year and be able to meet with their assigned partner once during the month). They must also be involved in final decision-making for the issues they bring before the roundtable (participants will want to know that they can act on the advice and recommendations they receive.)
Only one executive from an industry is allowed without the express permission of the current member.
-
The group engages with a customized curriculum of books, articles, videos, blog posts, and other resources to provide the context for group discussion and application
Each month, every member presents current and pressing business and personal challenges, opportunities, and issues to the group for counsel and input. The typical senior executive roundtable has a combined 100+ years of business experience, thus providing a wise “board of advisors” that can provide insight and advice.
In each monthly meeting, one member presents a featured business presentation. Each member is featured one time per year. At this meeting, the member provides an in-depth overview of critical aspects of his personal/business/spiritual life and receives input, encouragement, and advice on how to grow in each area.
Each month, members decide on one or more objectives to complete before the next monthly meeting. Each member is assigned a partner for that month for encouragement and accountability.

Participants will be investing a total of around nine business days per year in this experience. For an executive to invest that much time, we aim to ensure that the experience is worth more than $10,000 per year to each member. The fee is $600 per month and requires an initial six-month commitment.
A 20% reduced rate is available for smaller businesses and younger executives.
